When you contact us, you choose what information to send, such as your name, email address, and the details of your request. We use that information to respond and provide support. Using it for another purpose, such as marketing, requires your permission.
The support portal is a separate service. Please check the privacy information provided there before submitting a ticket or attachment.

Using the tools
The current tools process text, images, and passwords in your browser. Tool input is not uploaded to our servers. Copying or downloading a result is an action you control. Do not include passwords or other confidential tool input in a support request.
Website requests and cookies
Our hosting provider, Cloudflare, processes technical information such as your IP address and browser information to deliver and protect the website. We use technical logs to troubleshoot problems and prevent abuse. Our application does not log submitted newsletter addresses or tool inputs. See Cloudflare’s privacy policy.
We use Google services for website measurement and advertising. Google and its partners may process your IP address, pages visited, browser/device information, and interactions, and may use cookies or similar technologies depending on the service configuration and your consent choices. Our tools do not send your inputs or generated results to analytics or advertising services. See Google’s privacy policy, information about partner sites, and advertising information.
We save display preferences, such as your theme and sidebar layout, on your device. You can remove them by clearing this site’s stored data in your browser.
Access and disclosure
Access to information you send us is limited to people and service providers who need it to handle your request. Information may also be disclosed where required by law or necessary to investigate fraud or protect the service. It is not supplied to those recipients for their own marketing.
